E-commerce generates billions of single-use parcels in Europe every year — a challenge for both sustainability and profitability. In this presentation, I will share how reusable, trackable packaging can reduce packaging waste by up to 95% and cut CO₂ emissions by 80%, while at the same time lowering logistics costs in the long run. Drawing on real cases from fashion, healthcare, and intralogistics, I will show how leading retailers and logistics partners are already implementing closed-loop systems across Europe.
