Beyond the Shopping Cart | A Framework for Building $100M in Enterprise Value Through B2B E-commerce

Vortragsbeschreibung

Julian’s journey in tech began unconventionally: he built his first website at 12, launched a mobile app at 13, and founded his first company, WEBO Designs, at the age of 15 from his school desk.

Driven by a passion for practical innovation, Julian has scaled Intuji from a small design agency into a global team that architects complex, mission-critical digital experiences. He is the creator of the PSV Thinking® and EdgeFactor® frameworks, developed from years of hands-on experience helping businesses turn chaotic internal processes into structured, scalable, and valuable digital assets. Julian strongly advocates for outcome-driven transformation over vanity projects. He strongly believes that technology’s only purpose is to make things easier or more efficient.

Most B2B e-commerce platforms are treated as commodities by companies. They’re built on the same off-the-shelf systems, offer the same features, and provide zero genuine competitive advantage. You’re building on rented land, forcing your unique business processes into a box, and wondering why your digital experience feels generic. This isn't digital transformation; it's digital assimilation, and it’s eroding your margins and long-term value.

In this session, I will challenge the industry's obsession with features over outcomes. Drawing from my journey of scaling a business from building $500 websites as a teenager to architecting multi-million dollar digital transformations for giants such as Kering Group, ESAB and Avon Protection, delivering substantial returns.

I will show you how to move beyond a simple USP to create a true EdgeFactor®—a unique, hard-to-copy digital advantage that becomes the number one reason customers choose you.

We'll explore how to use PSV Thinking® (Profit, Scale, Enterprise Value) as a ruthless filter for every tech investment, ensuring every dollar spent is tied to a measurable business outcome and how you can apply these hard-won lessons to scale your operations.
