It wasn't our intention, but one day we noticed that she who could neither read nor write was able to pick the orders without mistakes.

What was our intention, you ask? Well, we had this Ukrainian employee who didn't speak a single work of German... needless to say, when he picked orders, it was a disaster and we made DHL a lot of money by sending packages with the wrong products back and forth.

One day when our printer broke, we decided that we would not buy a new one - instead, we would make the system as digital and easy as possible.

2 days later, the first version of the software was "live", and the rest is history.
