With claim.me we present a breakthrough innovation that solves a problem every online merchant knows and has to deal with - claiming lost and damaged parcels at their respective last mile carriers. A process that varies in many dimensions across the carrier landscape and countries and is, in many cases, highly manual and nerv wrecking for customer service teams. We show how technology and large language models change the game and enable shops to claim parcels with just a few clicks.
